1. General Information
Welcome to Atelier Zana. By purchasing from our website you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our online store, Instagram or any other official Atelier Zana sales channel.
2. Handmade Nature of Our Products
All Atelier Zana dresses are handmade by our skilled artisans and fabrics used are handmade. Because of the handmade production process slight variations in embroidery, beading, lace placement or stitching may naturally occur and are part of the craftsmanship therefor they are not considered defects.
Each dress is unique which is what makes it special and one-of-a-kind.
3. Color Disclaimer
We take great care to photograph each gown under natural and studio lighting to show its true color.
Please note that minor variations in color may occur due to lighting or individual screen settings. Such differences are not accepted as a reason for return, refund or dispute.
4. Care and Handling
Our dresses are delicate and made with fine materials. Please handle them with care. Any damage occurring after delivery, including while wearing, altering, washing or storing the dress is not a responsibility of Atelier Zana. We recommend professional dry cleaning only for all dresses. Dresses should be stored properly (on a hanger, away from sunlight or moisture) to preserve their quality.
Atelier Zana is not liable for any damage or changes caused by improper care, handling or third-party alterations.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Once your order is shipped Atelier Zana is not responsible for any delays, damages or losses caused by the courier or customs.
All orders are carefully inspected and packed before shipping.
Any visible damage to the package upon arrival should be reported directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
Shipping fees are included in the price of the product. The Company is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or any other charges imposed by the authorities of the destination country. The client is responsible for all such charges.
6. Measurements and Fit
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, or if a size is picked they should refer to the size guide.
Atelier Zana cannot be held liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the costumer.
Alterations needed after delivery are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Returns and Disputes
Due to custom-made and handmade nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds unless there is a verified production error.
Claims regarding fit, color or minor embroidery differences will not be considered valid grounds for dispute or refund.
In the rare case of a verified issue, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, providing clear photos and a detailed description.
Atelier Zana reserves the right to evaluate each case individually and determine an appropriate solution if applicable.
8. Binding Contract
These Terms and Conditions constitute a complete and legally binding agreement between the client and the Company. Once the client accepts these Terms, it is considered that a valid legal contract has been formed, including all obligations and responsibilities arising from it.
9. Intellectual Property
All images, videos, design and content on zana-atelier.com and our official social media pages are the exclusive property of Atelier Zana.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
